The Outpost Elite handlebar pulley is an epic expedition-worthy harness and dry bag system. The handlebar pulleys are a two part system: Part 1 is a fixed mount with an angle-adjustable alloy front plate that attaches to a variety of handlebars with a harness to secure your cargo under your handlebars. Part 2 is a removable and waterproof dry bag. The two-piece design allows for easy loading and distributes weight evenly: important features for loading your rig. The dry bag also features Molle straps and an elastic cord to attach external cargo like your camp mug, topo map, or rain gear.
