Then there are screw eyelets on the rear frame and there is also a hole at the connection of the seat stays where a bicycle fender can be screwed. If the bicycle fender is too close to the tire, said stones will scrape along with each wheel rotation. This not only causes considerable wear on the fender, but it is also quite audible.
