According to their own statement, the minds behind Creme Cycles were passionate bikers, but initially had little to do with city bikes; their entire passion was for mountain bikes. They had been working in the bicycle industry for a long time and planned to eventually put their own ideas and concepts into practice and make their dream of having their own bicycle manufacturing come true. The exciting question was: What bicycles?
