These grips have a clever mounting mechanism - the aluminum clamps do not clamp directly onto the carbon handlebars and elastomer polyurethane was used instead of Kraton for increased comfort and durability. The aluminum clamps are concealed by the grip, giving the grips a sleek look and increasing comfort.
