The DEORE right 12-speed shifter (SL-M6100-IR) benefits from the same technologies as its XTR, DEORE XT and SLX level siblings, including I-Spec EV. This allows for a significantly larger adjustment range (14 mm lengthwise, 10 degrees of rotation) for individual cockpit ergonomics in the shift and brake lever area. In combination with other technologies such as RAPIDFIRE PLUS and TWO-WAY RELEASE, these shifters allow you to shift through the 12 gears of the cassette faster, more precisely and more comfortably than ever in both directions.
