Restrap Aero Race Top Tube Bag, 0,6L - black

The Restrap Aero Race top tube bag is a classic example of how less can sometimes be more. Originally, we developed these top tube bags for bikepacking and sized them accordingly. There are, however, situations – especially given the growing popularity of one-day Gravel races – where riders want the accessibility and comfort of a top-tube-mounted bag, but would rather do without the bulky volume and the aerodynamic disadvantages of a larger bag.

That’s where the Aero Race top tube bag comes in. It offers enough space for enough gels to bridge the time between feed stations, but it can be stowed behind the stem and is therefore protected from the wind. It may be small, but that doesn’t mean the Aero Race top tube bag isn’t packed with features. A completely redesigned stiffening section makes mounting to the steering tube unnecessary.

An internal foam base dampens rattling noises for a calmer ride, and a stretch mesh pocket is designed for a standalone tyre repair tool; so you’ve got it to hand immediately if, while riding in a group, you hear the dreaded hissing.
Use the included quick-release straps for mounting if your frame doesn’t have top tube screws, or remove the straps and attach the bag directly to the bike if that’s possible. Either way, the Aero Race top tube bag stays stable, secure, and at the same time out of the way and ready to grab.
