CeramicSpeed 61803 (6803)

All CeramicSpeed bearings are handcrafted in Denmark. High-smooth CeramicSpeed silicon nitride balls of grade 3 are combined (to a micrometer precision) with hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-fine polished groove. The balls are held in position by a reinforced polyamide cage. Each bearing is optimised with a low-viscosity CeramicSpeed "Blue Grease" to minimise friction and increase bearing lifespan. Contactless seals complete the bearings and keep dirt and moisture out.

CeramicSpeed bearings can be used for all cycling disciplines: road, time trial, triathlon, track, cyclocross, and MTB. The benefits are ultra-low friction, better power transfer, and increased bearing lifespan.

During the manufacturing process, we check each bearing four times by hand to ensure that all parts are perfectly matched.
