Patented ADR technology
The patented ADR technology is based on a unique combination that makes it virtually impossible for dirt to penetrate the bearing. A new dust cover construction is firmly anchored in a groove in the pulley wheel and completely seals the bearing. This is complemented by a knife-like groove structure around the dust cover that dynamically transports dirt away from the pulley wheel during operation. Developed in close collaboration between our R&D, the CeramicSpeed test lab, and field testing by selected off-road Pro teams.

ALPHA Disc
For the new OSPW RS, we offer versions with the extremely durable ALPHA Disc pulley wheel, which was first introduced with the OSPW X for Eagle Transmission. The ALPHA Disc is constructed in two parts: a separate narrow-wide tooth profile made of composite material – for reduced wear and noise – combined with a massive aluminium disc that prevents foreign objects from getting stuck between the spokes while providing stiffness and stability. The first iterations were tested a few years ago in the CycloCross World Cup; in the 2022 CycloCross season, our sponsor team Tormans extensively used the solid-disc design and provided valuable feedback on mud clearance under the toughest conditions.
