A special tool for NJS-certified chains, developed in collaboration with a Keirin bike inspector.

CHECKER is an innovative tool for checking the 6 mm square nut at the joints of chains like the IZUMI V-chain. The small nuts of this type of chain can loosen and, in the worst case, lead to loss if not properly tightened. With this professional tool equipped with magnets, you can easily check and tighten the nuts before races, training rides, and during breaks.

The knurled grip allows for comfortable torque control. With a grip length of 125 mm, the nut is accessible from any position, although it should ideally be positioned on the chainring.

Insert the wrench vertically into the nut. This wrench is suitable for sheet nuts with a thickness of only 1 mm, but is made of carbon steel and heat-treated, making it as hard as a conventional wrench. It can be said without exaggeration that it lasts a lifetime. It is also used by the lead mechanics in New Zealand and Denmark for the Tokyo Olympics.
