The road to fun

Just like Laufey for the big kids, this fun-loving machine is ideal for young riders. Laufey is a robust trail bike in a small format, always on the lookout for new riding spots.

This bike is suitable for beginners as well as small, already experienced riders in the saddle. Laufey is a guarantee of fun with different wheel sizes, thicker tyres and a suspension fork that looks and works exactly like yours.

Aluminium frame

All Laufey models are made from aluminium. Orbea works on the shape and wall thickness of the aluminium tubes to increase strength and resistance to unwanted twisting. To save weight, many of the tubes are joined in the middle, away from the load caused by joints and weld seams. Using advanced technologies like those on their carbon bikes ensures unmatched strong aluminium bikes.

Air suspension fork

Most Laufey Junior 20", 24" and 27" bikes feature an air suspension fork with 80 to 120 mm of travel.

Cranks and chainrings

Cranks and chainrings are also made from aluminium to reduce weight as much as possible. In addition, they were developed specifically for the Laufey Junior.

Tyres

The Laufey Junior is a bike that wants to be out having fun in the mountains. That’s exactly why all models come standard with wider, more aggressive tubeless tyres.

Mudguards

Orbea has developed smart mudguards to upgrade the Laufey Junior aesthetically and functionally. After all, it’s all about every detail.
