The entire system is 355 g lighter than the previous generation and with 14.2% more torsional stiffness and 14.8% higher pedal stiffness, it is also more efficient – you will feel an immediate response when you pedal.

Sustained speed
The new Propel Advanced SL has been designed for full compliance of the entire bike, providing a significantly smoother ride, whether you are riding in a group or accumulating training miles. The integrated Vector seat post is 25% more compliant than that of the previous generation. The fork and the integrated cockpit absorb shocks and vibrations at the front with 15% higher compliance. And thanks to the additional tyre clearance, you can fit tyres with a volume of up to 32 mm, further enhancing the ride feel and helping you maintain higher speeds with less fatigue.

Top speed
The frame, cockpit, wheels and tyres form a cohesive system that reduces overall resistance when you ride at high speed in the wind – whether you are pulling away alone, riding at the front, or tackling a climb. The AeroSystem frame and integrated cockpit minimise aerodynamic drag, while the new CADEX Max 50 WheelSystem and the aero tyres reduce rolling resistance. When you add up the linear aerodynamic drag, the rolling resistance of the wheels, and the rolling resistance of the tyres, the total energy saving is 18.4 watts.
