Tread

The tread of the Scorpion™ XC S consists of deeper and widely spaced lugs that guarantee excellent penetration into the ground and increased chemical and mechanical grip. The depth and stiffness of the lugs promote penetration into the ground and the mechanical grip ensures excellent responsiveness and feel for traction and braking, as well as excellent support in cornering. The specific spacing of the lugs of the Scorpion™ XC S helps the tyre shed mud.

Compound

SmartGRIP Compound is an advanced blend developed based on experiences from motorsport. The single compound solution offers consistently high grip performance on both wet and dry surfaces, even as the lugs begin to wear.

LITE (Version)

All models in the LITE version are designed for maximum rolling efficiency and smoothness: a lighter casing to highlight speed and ride feel.

ProWALL

Our protective sidewall reinforcement technology for improved puncture protection and handling at low pressure. An additional layer of nylon fabric over the sidewalls of the casing for extra protection and improved cornering stability.
