For Enduro use, we combine different variants of the impact-resistant Forge 30 rim, the proven FADE MTB hub, and high-quality Sapim Race spokes. This results in the Newmen Forge 30 for Enduro bikers achieving an outstanding balance of durability, weight, and price.

Light up front, durable in the back: As with the Newmen MTB wheel series Phase and Beskar, the new Forge 30 family also employs the modular wheel concept for front and rear wheels. The less stressed, lightweight front wheel saves weight, while the more robust rear wheel provides stability and reliability on singletrack adventures. By using two different rim variants (Base and Strong), we can offer perfectly tailored wheels for Enduro mountain bikers. The 30-millimetre wide Forge 30 rims, equipped with hooks, are made from high-quality aluminium, feature a joined connection, and come with pre-installed tubeless rim tape.

In the Forge 30 Strong and DH wheels, both the rim cross-section and the number of spokes increase. For more stiffness and durability in rough terrain, 32 high-quality Sapim Race spokes are used instead of 28. In our in-house test bench tests, the Strong and DH rims delivered best-in-class impact resistance – both compared to the predecessor Evolution SL E.G.30 and the competition.
