The elegant DEORE crankset in Metallic Colour Shift design is exclusively available as a 1x (1x12) variant and forms
the core of a simple and user-friendly drivetrain. It uses the same DYNAMIC CHAIN ENGAGEMENT+ technology as the XTR, DEORE XT, and SLX cranks, which guarantee both chain retention on the chainring and smooth, quiet operation with their specially shaped teeth. For secure and easy mounting, the chainrings are attached via Direct-Mount to the crank, making the replacement of a chainring a breeze.
Available crank arm lengths are 170 mm or 175 mm, with chainrings of 30 or 32 teeth (where the larger or smaller chainrings from SLX, XT, or XTR can also be used with the DEORE crank, thus expanding the range)
