Acepac Drop Post Bag MK III Saddle Bag - black

A new bag with versatile applications – whether on the telescopic seat post or on the gravel bike as part of a lightweight setup. It is also suitable for small and children's frames, where there is not enough space between the rear wheel and a 16-litre bag would be unnecessarily bulky.

The new main material Nylon Robic ( PU coating 1500 mm H20) is a very durable and lightweight fabric. For the underside of the bag and the exposed areas where the bag touches the seat post and seat stays, we have used abrasion-resistant and slip-resistant Hypalon material. Inside the bag is a removable waterproof insert (coated Nylon RipStop - fabric, PU 5000 mm with welded seams), which keeps the overweight contents of the bag guaranteed dry.

The strap around the seat stays is made of polypropylene and is reinforced with Hypalon to ensure maximum fixation and prevent movement of the bag on the stays. Camlok - locks that prevent possible slipping of the strap, are equipped with buckles from the brand  Nifco (-20 °C) allowing the bags to be handled easily even with gloves. They are equipped with Camlok- locks. These prevent slipping of the straps. In the middle is a compression strap with aluminium hooks. At the top of the bag are 5 straps (each with 3 loops) for securing additional equipment and a light. Stressed seams are secured with a so-called Bartack (zigzag stitch). All threads used are made of polyester with a large fibre diameter for maximum strength.
