The VAM² SL is a E-MTB, with which you forget to turn on your motor. And you won't even notice it. It makes you ride faster than you actually intended. With every single pedal stroke, your motivation grows. And so does your performance. Because this trail bike offers massive propulsion and transforms every input directly into forward motion. Thanks to the combination of efficiency and intuitive handling, the VAM² SL can also be pedalled effortlessly above the usual 25 km/h support limit for e-bikes.

Once you reach the top, the fun on the trail continues downhill immediately. With plenty of downhill reserves, the VAM² SL gives you full confidence to ride fast downhill. The light-footed and agile character of the bike allows you to ride in a different way than usual. You navigate sportily through the trail and accelerate into the next corner. To then carry the speed from the berm into the next section.

The VAM² SL is not defined by a specific terrain. But it defines your way of riding. Direct and playful for more speed and fun on your ride. The best part: You can do it again and again.

LIGHT AND SLIM FRAME DESIGN

For the VAM² SL 8.7, we developed a Flex Pivot rear end that combines ideal flex behaviour with a lightweight carbon layup. Due to the efficient yet playful bike character, you can maximize your speed uphill. Nevertheless, this E-MTB gives you full confidence to ride fast downhill thanks to plenty of downhill reserves. With our new Flex Pivot design, we were able to significantly reduce frame material as well as the number of bearings and screws. The result is our lightest E-MTB: The frame of our 8 series weighs 2,545 g (size M, including linkage and screws). In addition, it gives the rear end its seamless Look. The clear design of our VAM² SL 8.7 continues at the down tube: the fully integrated battery ensures a sleek Look and further weight reduction.

TARGETED AND FUN TRAINING

Thanks to the e-drive, you can cover more distance and ride more trails in the same time. With the 125 mm suspension and direct handling of the VAM² SL 8.7, you experience your home trails in a different way than usual. This E-MTB gives you a new riding feel that you might know more from pump tracks. The result: better riding skills and endless fun. In addition, you can get even more out of the FAZUA system by connecting it to your bike computer. This way, you can always keep an eye on your cadence and power values for targeted training. In combination with the efficient motor support, it is easier than ever to train exactly at your performance threshold and keep your heart rate at the perfect level for aerobic training sessions. You will no longer wish for rest days and need them even less. Because suddenly you also sit on the saddle on days when you would normally take a break.

EFFICIENT FAZUA DRIVE SYSTEM

The lightweight and efficient FAZUA Ride 60 gives you the feeling that your legs are having their best day. With 60 Nm of torque and a maximum power of 450 W, it gives you a boost while still providing a natural riding feel with minimal noise disturbance. The drive system features three riding modes and an additional boost function that allows you to ride with increased motor power for a short time. Through the FAZUA app, you can individually adjust the motor support to your riding preferences and set parameters such as maximum power (Max Power), support ratio (Support Relation), as well as responsiveness and acceleration (Ramp-up). The integrated battery can be charged via the charging port on the seat tube. You will be surprised how far you can go with 430 Wh. Thanks to the efficiency and low weight of the VAM² SL 8.7, you can even pedal home with a dead battery if necessary.
