Updated leg warmers for cool, wet weather, made from a warmer textile - a water-repellent and versatile accessory for autumn, winter, and spring.
Behind the product scenes
With their breathable and thermoregulating properties, the R Winter Leg Warmers P1 are ideal for cooler days in early spring and late autumn or for mild winter days. They provide absolute comfort in cold, wet, and windy weather. The textile of the leg warmers has been updated to keep you warmer even in wet conditions. Thanks to the second skin fit with low volume, they can be easily worn under the GT Thermo Shell Pants, providing additional insulation and weather protection in harsher conditions.
Featured Fabrics
The RX Extreme textile is our most robust insulating material from the RX family. It is a brushed, thermoregulating jersey fabric with high breathability and a water-repellent finish, suitable for racing in rain, wind, and cold temperatures.
Construction/Fit
Our AEPF 11 racing fit features an aerodynamic second skin fit developed based on feedback from the World Tour, providing compression and stability around the body. With the grip, they stay securely over or under bib shorts, and thanks to the zippers at the ankles, they can also be easily removed from the saddle.
Engineering
Acqua Shield Tec: An environmentally friendly, water-repellent finish that causes water to bead off the textile surface while maintaining a dry microclimate underneath.
PILtec Plug-In: The cuff is equipped with a lightweight, ultra-breathable textile band. The micro-dot silicone treatment stabilises the leg warmers and shorts, ensuring good grip even in wet conditions.
Raw Cut: Flat cuffs with low volume prevent chafing when worn in combination with bib shorts, booties, and shell pants.
