System Optimised
The frame, wheels, cockpit and other parts have been designed, developed and tested to function optimally as a system. The brand new OverDrive Aero steerer tube technology is combined with a Contact SLR AeroLight stem and a Contact SLR handlebar to allow for internal cable routing that also integrates the top cap, cables and spacers into an aerodynamic, user-friendly setup.

Outstanding Efficiency
Thanks to a better stiffness-to-weight ratio than the previous generation, the new shape of the aero tubes and a lower overall weight, this uncompromising road bike offers explosive acceleration and unyielding pedalling stiffness. The result is race-defining performance in critical moments.

Holistic Aerodynamics
All tube shapes have been developed and constructed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) models and wind tunnel tests. From the truncated ellipse shape of the frame tubes to the new cockpit design and the integration of components - all together it results in a sleeker profile that gives the frame set an aero advantage of 2.28 watts compared to the previous generation.

The TCR flagship combines its legendary riding characteristics with new system integrations and construction methods to make it more efficient than ever. The down tube has been significantly revised to improve aerodynamics, and the new integrated cockpit with the OverDrive Aero steerer tube and the Contact SLR AeroLight stem offers internal cable routing to further reduce drag. From the integrated seat post to the CADEX wheel system with 40 mm deep carbon rims, every component has been selected and tested for system optimisation.
