Wilde Rambler frame set - Sage Green Shimmer

The Rambler continues an old tradition: the all-round bike with a drop handlebar. It’s suitable for long Gravel rides, fast road loops, light touring, secondary roads and everyday use. As a modern take on this category, it has disc brakes, thru axles and plenty of tyre clearance. It offers all the mounts you could want and a nimble geometry that stays comfortable even on long days in the saddle; like all Wilde bikes, the Rambler has a higher stack height, because for Wilde: comfort is fast. As a production bike, the Rambler is made in Taiwan in cooperation with the manufacturer Maxway. It comes in five sizes and is combined with Wilde’s segmented steel fork. The steel fork has a slightly higher installation height than the Wayfinder carbon fork; that gives a bit more trail and a slightly higher bottom bracket – both advantages in more demanding terrain or with 650B wheelsets. Size XS is specifically designed for 650B wheelsets – that creates a smaller frame without compromising ride behaviour and without toe overlap; it takes tyres up to 2.4 inches.
