ION Arcon HD PRO Protection Wear Chest Protector - black

The ARCON HD Pro chest protector was designed by Nico Vink and built and tested. It is Vink's first Pro-model with ION, developed based on over 20 years of experience - from racing to big mountain freeriding.

The complete protector - chest and back piece - is CE level 2 certified and contains ION x RE ZRO®-special components. Strategically placed RE ZRO® power slide caps in the front and back provide additional impact and slip protection, without restricting freedom of movement, and remain ultra-light.

Both chest and back sections are 3D-moulded, allowing for a personalised fit and extremely comfortable whether worn under or over the jersey.

A unique 360° AC-cooling effect is achieved through the open RE ZRO®-shape and large ventilation openings in the powder slide caps, keeping the protection almost imperceptible while riding.

With the sync body elastic straps, the ARCON HD Pro chest protector fits comfortably to every rider. Length and position can be easily adjusted, and the one-button closure allows quick on- and off.

All RE ZRO®-components are designed for easy recycling and are biodegradable through TOTO-TOA® if they end up in a landfill.

*RE ZRO® materials have been independently tested for biodegradability according to ASTM D5511-18 and ISO 15985:2014.
