Important product information

The replacement of a drive unit is only possible as part of a 1:1 exchange. Unfortunately, an upgrade to a more powerful drive unit cannot be offered. This is necessary to ensure continued technical compatibility and smooth operation of the system. Therefore, we cannot process orders that do not correspond to a 1:1 exchange and must unfortunately cancel them.

For a complete order, we need all required information. If you do not have one or more of this information to hand, we cannot proceed with configuring the drive unit (DU). Please make sure that the drive unit selected here matches the one you have put in your basket.
