Patented ADR technology

The patented ADR technology is a technical feature based on a unique combination that makes it nearly impossible for dirt to penetrate the bearing. It consists of a new dust protection design that is securely anchored in a groove in the pulley wheel and completely encloses the bearing. This is complemented by a blade-shaped groove structure around the dust protection that dynamically expels dirt from it when the pulley wheel rotates. The patented ADR technology was developed in continuous exchange between our R&D department, the CeramicSpeed test laboratory, and field tests by a selected group of professional off-road teams.

ALPHA Disc

For the new OSPW RS, we offer versions with the extremely durable ALPHA Disc pulley wheel, which was first introduced with the OSPW X for Eagle transmission. The ALPHA Disc features a two-part construction: a separate narrow-wide tooth profile made from a composite material that provides extended wear protection and noise reduction, as well as a massive aluminium disc that prevents external objects from getting stuck between the spokes of the pulley wheel while maintaining strength and rigidity of the design ht. The first iterations of the massive disc design were tested during the cyclocross World Cup seasons. In 2022, our sponsored team Tormans extensively used the disc design and provided valuable feedback on dirt-free performance under the most challenging conditions.
