The formula behind our Speed WAX has been developed and refined over years by our in-house chemist – like the entire UFO family, completely biodegradable and non-toxic. Validated through extensive lab and field tests, including use by World Championship triathletes and at all three Grand Tours.

We start with testing and selecting the fastest chain models for modern 11-, 12-, and 13-speed groupsets. The chains are carefully cleaned and run in before being optimised in our headquarters in Denmark using the wax submersion method. The CeramicSpeed UFO Speed Chains save 2–5 watts over 650 km / 400 miles compared to factory lubrication.

After 650 km, reapply CeramicSpeed UFO DRIP All Conditions or Wet Conditions to maintain performance throughout the chain's lifespan. Note: The UFO Speed Chain treatment is not optimised for wet and muddy conditions – without timely reapplication, corrosion may develop on the chain.
