The JAM² SL 8.8 is the perfect Light E-MTB for those seeking the best price-performance ratio. The full carbon frame optimises weight without compromising on stiffness and user-friendliness. The top tube is optimised in the most radical and minimalist way. Thanks to the partial integration of the shock, the JAM² SL 8.8 has a low standover height, providing you with ample room for movement. All adjustment elements of the shock are easily accessible despite the integration. As the motor and battery of our JAM² SL 8.8 are fully integrated into the down tube, it rides not only like a Pure Bike but also looks like one.

FULL SUPPORT OF AN E-BIKE

The FAZUA Ride 60 drive system offers you a natural riding feel while still providing full support. The compact and lightweight yet powerful drive unit features 60 Nm of torque and a maximum power of 450 W. Thanks to the boost function, you can tackle even the steepest climbs. With the high efficiency of the FAZUA system and a 430 Wh battery, your ride won't stop until you've reached your personal rider's high. If you need even more energy, a range extender offers an additional 210 Wh. The drive system already has three different riding modes. Furthermore, you can individually adjust the motor support via the FAZUA app to suit your riding preferences. This allows you to set the maximum power (Max Power), the support ratio (Support Relation), as well as the responsiveness and acceleration (Ramp-up) according to your personal needs.

ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY AND TUNED KINEMATICS

The geometry of the JAM² SL 8.8 can be adjusted at two points: head angle and chainstay length. The steeper head angle of 65.5° leads to more agile handling of the bike, while the flatter position of 64.5° provides a more downhill-oriented setup. Adjusting the chainstays from 440 to 447 mm via the FLIP CHIPs changes the entire setup of your bike. When you set the FLIP CHIPs to a long position, the JAM² SL 8.8 rides more stable and makes steep climbs easier, while the short setting leads to a more agile geometry. For the JAM² SL 8.8, we have adapted our F.O.L.D. (FOCUS Optimised Linkage Design) and reduced the number of pivot points, thus saving significant weight. The new kinematics further reduce braking influences and give you maximum control over your bike in every situation.
