The new Mavic E-Speedcity celebrates Mavic's comeback to the world of commuter bikes, after we designed mudguards in the early days of the company.
We have brought 130 years of experience at the highest level of cycling to develop the right bike for your daily commute.

The bikes are built robust and durable.
The 32 solid J-bend spokes combined with high-flange hubs allow a maximum load capacity of 180 kg (25% more than the usual Mavic racing bike wheels), to
account for the additional weight and stresses of daily commuting.
Our proven freewheel mechanism for e-MTBs with automatic bearing preload handles the most powerful E-Bike motors (up to 120 Nm motor torque) perfectly. Their smooth running saves energy for both the motor and the rider.

Our years of experience in wheel building guarantee a stable construction over long distances, so you won't lose time in the workshop.

Because we all care about the environment and want to reduce our CO2 footprint, the aluminium alloy from which these rims are made consists of 90% recycled aluminium. Furthermore, these bikes are handcrafted in Europe, with components sourced 100% from Europe.

This 700c version is 25 mm wide and can be used with tyres up to 64 mm.

And last but not least, we care about your safety and that of your bikes. These bikes are discreet to avoid attracting attention, but their black reflective stickers shine at night to keep you visible in traffic.

They are eligible for our Mavic Care programme, which includes a free third year of warranty, a crash replacement policy, and the availability of spare parts for over 5 years.
