To order a Smart System motor, you absolutely need the dealer diagnostic report. If the report is no longer readable, you must contact the Bosch hotline so they can provide you with the motor’s BackUp file.

Important product information

Replacing a drive unit is only possible as part of a 1:1 exchange. Unfortunately, an upgrade to a more powerful drive unit cannot be offered. This is necessary to ensure continued technical compatibility and smooth operation of the system. Therefore, we cannot process orders that do not correspond to a 1:1 exchange and must unfortunately cancel them.

For a complete order, we need all required information. If you don’t have one or more of these details to hand, we cannot proceed with configuring the drive unit (DU). Please make sure that the drive unit selected here matches the one you have put in your basket.
