SON Edelux II LED headlight for hub dynamos - black anodized

With a brand new LED and the newly developed reflector from light technology specialists Busch and Müller, the Edelux II literally puts its five-year-old brother in the shade. The light field is twice as wide, even better focused in the distance, and has a uniformly illuminated close-up field that starts close to the front wheel (see images).
The graphic on the left (light distribution on the road viewed from above) shows a uniformly bright area from about 2 m to 20 m forward, allowing obstacles in the distance to be recognized early even at high speeds. The light cone is well shielded upwards, which oncoming traffic participants will appreciate.
The solid housing of the Edelux II made of aluminum ensures mechanical durability and is waterproof with a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass pane. The magnetic switch ring allows convenient switching, even with gloves. The proven SON coaxial cable is used for connection to the hub dynamo.
The LED sits on a copper heat sink, which is directly screwed to the headlight housing. This perfect cooling is a prerequisite for good efficiency and long lifespan.

Manufacturer's warranty:
We give a 5-year warranty on the function of our hub dynamos, headlights, rear lights, and wheels from the date of purchase in specialist retail.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or force (such as an accident).
In the event of a warranty claim, we will repair the product at our discretion or replace it with an equivalent product.
We will also carry out the re-spoking of a defective hub dynamo at our expense in the event of a warranty claim.
Further claims are excluded.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
