When paired with your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹, the HRM-Fit^™ records running efficiency data such as vertical movement, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio, and more to assist you in improving your form.

Move as you wish. This chest strap provides high wearing comfort and accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes, and more.

INDOOR RUNNING
When running on the indoor track or treadmill, the HRM-Fit sends pace and distance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹, so you receive all the necessary data, no matter where you train.

DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION
During workouts, such as strength training and HIIT sessions, you have the option to start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch¹. Even if you remove the smartwatch and it is out of range, the HRM-Fit secures the data. When you save the activity, the data is sent to the smartwatch.

FITNESS FUNCTIONS
If you are not wearing your smartwatch, the HRM-Fit stores steps, calorie consumption, intensity minutes, and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect^™ app.

LONG BATTERY LIFE
The battery of the HRM-Fit^™ heart rate chest strap lasts up to 1 year. So you don’t have to worry about recharging.
