Description
One of the lightest available stems, tested and certified for heavy use (EFBE EPAC Gravity TRI-TEST® Standard, Category 5). This outstanding weight-to-strength ratio is achieved through CeraMAG, a ceramic-coated magnesium alloy. CeraMAG is lighter than aluminium and dampens vibrations better. Combined with titanium screws, the CeraMAG Ti stems are extremely light: only 93 grams for the 33 mm long stem, 95 grams for the 40 mm, and 103 grams for the 50 mm version.
As this stem will likely be paired with an equally impressive carbon handlebar, Leatt has ensured that the gap-free front plate and 210˚ handlebar clamp distribute clamping force evenly, reducing the risk of damaging the handlebar. The serrated front plate interface increases strength and makes installation easy. This CeraMAG Gravity stem features an extra-wide clamping area for maximum control and steering precision. The integrated sealing cap for the steerer tube prevents dirt and debris from contaminating and damaging the steerer tube.
