The Race series was launched in 2020 and targets racers and anyone who wants to travel fast and light. Made from lightweight yet robust materials, we have made no compromises on durability or functionality to save weight.
The Race Bar Bag - Flat Bar uses an improved holster system for handlebar bags and incorporates all our experience in product development into the most functional version yet.
Why do we use a holster system? Because the most time-consuming part of attaching and detaching a bikepacking setup is strapping the bags to the bike. With our system, you can attach the holster to the bike and easily and quickly detach the dry bag with a few clicks. And when you set off, this process is reversed. Simple. Reliable. Elegant. Less hassle and more riding fun.
The Race Holster is combined with a dry bag featuring a double roll closure, specifically optimised for flat bars. With 7 litres of functional, 100% waterproof storage, it offers more space above the front wheel than our drop bar version due to its wider, compact diameter of 160 mm. Thanks to openings at both ends, you can easily access the entire contents without having to empty the whole bag.
Like all our holster handlebar bags, the Race Bar Bag - Flat Bar uses our innovative GripTight patch for added stability. A Velcro system secures the dry bag in the holster, making it easier to stow a full dry bag and completely preventing it from slipping in the holster, no matter how bumpy the ride is.
The Race Holster is compatible with both the dry bag with double roll closure (included) and the Race Roll-Top dry bag.
