Since 2018, Muc Off has been driving innovation in tubeless valves. With the V1 and V2 valves, they are excited to launch the third edition of the Big-Bore valves. The valves remain an integral part of the puncture protection category, which is a MAJOR concern for everyone at Muc Off.

The goal of renewing the current valve category consists of three main objectives

2. simplicity for the user when inflating and filling sealant, as the valve does not need to be disassembled for sealant filling

The new Big-Bore valves achieve these goals and set new standards in valve technology. They are designed to allow maximum inflation of the tyre without requiring a valve core, which often clogs, and provide the user with the ability to finely adjust tyre pressure. They set new benchmarks for tubeless tyre systems with high airflow and a simple mantra: Full Bore + No Core = Insane Airflow.

The new Big-Bore valves have the following unique features

• The ball valve construction and integrated lever allow for quick opening and closing of the valve for effortless airflow control and even fine-tuning of pressure while riding
• They do not use a traditional valve core
• They have a straight-through inner design for maximum airflow, which also facilitates the application of sealant. The air pressure is up to 230% higher than with a conventional valve core, resulting in extremely efficient inflation.

This patented valve sets a new standard and is the benchmark for tubeless tyre systems with high airflow. The revolutionary “Straight Through” design ensures maximum airflow and maximum performance.

The Big Bore Lite offers up to 230% higher airflow than conventional Presta valves thanks to the through-hole design.

Made from CNC-machined 7075 aircraft aluminium and featuring a stainless steel ball valve, this fully serviceable valve is built to withstand even the toughest rides, no matter the conditions.
