Newmen Resia VGS Grips, Soft - turquoise

The Newmen Resia grips are named after the well-known trail area in northern Italy at the Reschenpass, which is one of the favourite spots of the Newmen engineers for riding. With its aggressive design and outstanding damping, the VGS MTB grip is made for tough descents in Enduro and downhill.

VariGrip System

For every use the right bike, which only a few can afford. In the meantime, there are a number of options such as flip chips on the frame or a second, robust wheelset, to optimise one bike for touring or the bike park. For these versatile and demanding riders, Newmen now raises the bar again with the VariGrip System and offers easy handlebar width tuning for every application. The unique and innovative system allows for a stepless handlebar width adjustment of up to 50 mm.
 
Whether skillfully weaving around tight trees and bushes on the singletracks in Massa Marittima or safely carrying speed through the corners in the bike park Sölden, everything is possible with one handlebar. For cross-country to all-mountain with the version 710 – 760 mm and Enduro to downhill with the version 760 – 810 mm. Optionally available as aluminium or carbon handlebar version. These are available with 10, 25, and 40 mm rise.
 
Smart and simple were the requirements for the VariGrip System. It was implemented through two threaded pieces that are firmly laminated into the handlebar and grip. This allows the grip to be adjusted steplessly by 25 mm on each side. Additionally, the handlebar ends have special and reinforced threaded sleeves that provide the necessary stability even at maximum handlebar width. A scale with 5 mm increments on the handlebar and the grip clamp with a 3 mm Allen key enable easy and secure adjustment even in rough terrain.
