The ADV Rally 7.5 jacket combines adventure spirit with high-performance features and laminated HydraDri® Max weather protection. It is designed for road and off-road use. The lightweight, extremely elastic outer shells offer outstanding flexibility and comfort – for uncompromising riding in demanding terrain. The Rally 7.5 jacket comes with CE Level 1 protection in all critical impact zones.

New 4-way stretch ripstop 3-layer shell:

• Certified according to EN 17092-4-2020, Class A
• HydraDri Max 30,000 mm / 30,000 g/m² waterproof/breathable
• New 3L waterproof PU membrane with taped seams, pressure tested according to Suter standard
• Delivered with removable CE Level 1 inner protection jacket (unique Leatt system)
• Inner jacket can be removed to wear a body protector underneath the outer jacket

• Internal carrying harness supports the bladder weight and prevents the jacket from being pulled down

• Deflection panel to improve abrasion resistance and durability at shoulders and elbows
• Adjustable collar with shock cord to seal against bad weather
• Soft-lined, fully bound collar for maximum comfort
• “Brace On” neck brace attachment loops and unique neck brace thoracic insert on the vent flap: allows putting on/taking off the jacket without removing the neck brace (in conjunction with Leatt 3.5 or 4.5 neck brace)
• Pocket tags and loops made from very robust, grippy Hypalon
