The SCHWALBE EXTRA LIGHT Tube
The Schwalbe EXTRA LIGHT tube has a significantly lower weight while maintaining the same reliability as a Schwalbe standard tube.
Every Schwalbe tube is 100% recyclable. The recycled butyl rubber can be used in the production of new tubes without loss of quality. Used, unsorted tubes are the raw material for recycling. In Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, Schwalbe supports the return process of old bicycle tubes with a collection system that also allows end consumers to participate easily and free of charge. Every new Schwalbe standard tube already consists of about 20% recycled material. Schwalbe is continuously working to further increase the proportion of reused materials without adversely affecting the quality of the new tube.
