Newmen Forge 30 DH Race 29" Aluminium, 6 Bolt, 12x157 mm, Shimano Micro Spline - black

For all downhill racers who want to play it safe, we offer the Forge 30 DH Race, an even more stable aluminium wheelset. This set also uses our modular wheel concept with a lighter front wheel and a more stable rear wheel. For this, we combine the Strong version at the front with the additionally reinforced DH rim at the rear.

The new Forge 30 rims feature the same impact-resistant profiles as the top aluminium wheels Beskar. In developing the new rim generation, we conducted impact tests and FEM analyses on over 30 different rim profile prototypes. In addition to the well-known angled design, we have further optimised the rim horns. This makes the impact-resistant 30-millimetre rims even more resilient against punctures. At the same time, the rim profiles are shaped as flat as possible to generate a lot of grip and comfort in combination with modern MTB tyres.
