Important product information
The external charging function is not possible in the following cases: 

• For all models of the Drive Unit BDU37YY
• For the Drive Unit BDU31YY when the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is configured as HPP (High Power Port) or the Multi-Purpose Port (MPP) is configured as a light port and a light with a power of over 6 watts is active *
• For the Drive Units BDU38YY, BDU34YY, BDU33YY, when the High Power Port (HPP), the Low Power Port (LPP) and light ports > 6 watts are simultaneously active

Note: If USB charging is disabled due to one of the above reasons, a restart of the eBike is required to reactivate the charging function.
