The suspension seatpost as an PRO variant now as V2 with the combination of a spring mechanism and the damping properties of elastomers! 25% lighter than the standard Shockstop seatpost.
25% lighter than the standard version
Compared to the normal ShockStop seatpost, the ShockStop PRO Suspension Seatpost achieved a weight saving of 25%. In addition, the suspension feel is even better tuned for racing. The seatpost is therefore perfect for performance-oriented riders.
New features of the V2 version
Compared to the first version, the Shockstop PRO V2 uses a combination of a spring mechanism with a steel spring and elastomers, combining the best of two worlds. The suspension is quick to respond to bumps, but still subtle enough to disappear in the background. Riders can adjust the stiffness as desired and match it to their riding style.
Less vibration for more energy
With the ShockStop PRO Suspension Seatpost, vibrations while riding are reduced. As a result, you ride much more comfortably and lose significantly less energy. You no longer have to compensate for shocks from potholes and road undulations yourself. That way, you keep more in the tank for the final sprint.
Compact and light
The design of the ShockStop PRO Suspension Seatpost is kept so compact that the damping element is hardly noticeable. This means the seatpost can also score in terms of aerodynamics, weight and appearance.
Which bikes is the seatpost suitable for?
With 20 mm of vertical compliance, the seatpost is suitable for all types of bikes. You only need to make sure that the seat tube has an internal diameter of 27.2 mm. Bikes with a larger diameter can also be used with a reducing sleeve.
