Due to the high proportion of pure butyl rubber, the Schwalbe Air Plus Tube retains air significantly longer than conventional bicycle tubes. Therefore, you need to pump less often.

Thanks to its approximately 70% higher wall thickness, the Schwalbe Air Plus Tube is particularly robust - and thus exceptionally well protected against punctures and blowouts.

100% RECYCLABLE
Every Schwalbe tube is 100% recyclable. The recycled butyl rubber can be used in the production of new tubes without loss of quality. Used, unsorted tubes are the raw material for recycling. In Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, Schwalbe supports the return process of old bicycle tubes with a collection procedure that end consumers can easily and freely participate in. Every new Schwalbe standard tube already consists of around 20% recycled material. Schwalbe is continuously working to increase the proportion of reused material further, without adversely affecting the quality of the new tube.
