The fully welded outer layer is made from the renowned eVent® DVstorm™ membrane, which acts as a waterproof and windproof barrier, while allowing optimal breathability and sweat wicking. Inside, the Polartec® Alpha® insulation guarantees advanced thermal comfort with excellent breathability. Its innovative design combines hydrophobic fibres with a solid mesh core, promoting active air circulation. It is a lightweight, compressible fabric that is extremely efficient in moisture management during physical exertion.
To enhance water resistance, the front zipper is a YKK Vislon® Aquaguard® model, ensuring complete sealing. It also features zippered cuffs and a high collar for superior protection, as well as two large rear zip openings that provide easy access to the inner pockets.

• Low or very low temperatures. Days with wind and rain. Ideal for both casual and intense rides. The insulation technology used offers a wide temperature range and ensures constant warmth with exemplary breathability.

Technology:

• The main fabric contains a waterproof layer with the renowned eVent® DVstorm™ membrane, which is completely waterproof and windproof, yet highly breathable and allows efficient sweat wicking. Inside, the 68 g/m² Polartec® Alpha® insulation provides warmth, originally developed for US special forces who needed a combination of thermal insulation and breathability during intermittent activity. This material combines hydrophobic fibres with a stable mesh structure, promoting active air circulation. It is extremely lightweight, compressible, and wicks moisture away immediately. The synergy between both layers allows the body heat to be retained while removing excess moisture, while blocking the ingress of cold air and rain. The fully welded construction provides comprehensive protection against water. The double-layered, high collar reinforces this protection at one of the areas most exposed to wind and cold. The fully welded Japanese YKK zipper guarantees complete sealing against the elements. Additionally, there is a magnetic cover flap to avoid chafing and increase comfort. On the back, two large zip openings have been integrated to facilitate access to the inner pockets even while wearing gloves. Inside, there are two mesh pockets to protect items from bad weather. The design is complemented by several strategically placed reflective elements to optimise visibility in low light conditions.
