The variable conditions in transitional weather present a special challenge in the terrain. That’s why we developed the TACTICA Spring Fall Bib Shorts T5, where we combine technologies from the road-oriented UMA GT line with robust versatility for rides beyond the asphalt. The RX EVO fabric forms a highly insulating, breathable barrier against bad weather and is suitable for comfortable rides in spring and autumn on trails and gravel. Two thigh pockets provide additional storage for essential items and provisions for longer exploration tours. The proven rollBar technology secures the gravel-optimised TACTICA T5 insert, which dampens jolts and allows you to glide smoothly over trails.

Featured Fabrics 
RX EVO is a breathable, thermoregulating fabric with a water-repellent ECO finish and a soft, brushed inner side. The elastic elements are consistently black and do not turn white even when the material stretches. The pockets use panels made of K-Net, a breathable mesh in tricot binding that stabilises and envelops the contents.

Construction/Fit 
The movement-enhancing Tactica T5 fit is less aggressive than our racing fit and strikes a balance between sleek aerodynamics with low volume, comfort over many hours, and less restriction when you are not in the saddle.

Engineering
rollBar: 
A patented reinforcement design that we have adopted from the Racing Series. It stabilises the insert and keeps it in position when you shift your weight while sprinting, climbing, and cornering.

zeroPressure Waist:
A waistband made of soft, highly elastic material that improves comfort and support in the waist area without pressing or pinching.

PILtec Plug-In:
The leg opening is equipped with a lightweight, ultra-breathable textile band. The externally invisible micro-point silicone treatment stabilises the fit and provides grip even in wet conditions.

Tactica T5 insert: 
Shock Absorb Damping Mono:
A single breathable, 11 mm thick layer that provides comfort in the terrain by dampening micro-shocks and vibrations on gravel roads and singletracks.

golden Gate 2.0: 
The insert is attached at the front and back, while the sides and the middle remain loose. This allows it to move with your body rather than against it. New cutouts on the sides reduce volume and friction when pedalling.

3D Waffle: 
A patented, perforated three-layer foam that enhances breathability and avoids unnecessary weight.
