Description
One of the lightest available stems, tested and certified for hard use (EFBE EPAC Gravity TRI-TEST® Standard, Category 5). This outstanding weight-to-strength ratio is achieved through CeraMAG, a ceramic-coated magnesium alloy. CeraMAG is lighter than aluminium and dampens vibrations better. The stems are lightweight: only 107 grams for the 33 mm long stem, 109 grams for the 40 mm, and 117 grams for the 50 mm version.
As this stem will likely be combined with an equally impressive carbon handlebar, Leatt has ensured that the gap-free front plate and the 210˚ handlebar clamp distribute the clamping force evenly, thus reducing the risk of damaging the handlebar. The serrated front plate interface increases ht strength and makes installation easy. This CeraMAG Gravity stem has an extra-wide clamping area for maximum control and steering precision. The integrated sealing cap for the steerer tube prevents dirt and debris from contaminating and damaging the steerer tube.
