Our strongest brake with more braking power, controllability and better ergonomics through improvements in the reservoir and the newly developed, even stronger GR4 brake caliper for a brutal transfer of braking power.

EVO GR4: 
Four-piston gravity brake for the highest demands. 

Offers maximum performance without compromise. Super light lever action and high-quality construction provide a natural feeling of control. The reference brake for gravity and E-Bike use.

Cam mechanism:
A new cam that reduces free lever travel while maintaining the feel and modulation in the braking zone – a key feature of the Tech 4 brakes.

The result is a slightly firmer feel at the pressure point, followed by a smooth increase in performance in the braking zone, further improving brake modulation.

Piston movement:
The main bearing with roller bearing is taken from Tech 4, as is the sliding guide bushing on the main piston.

An additional secondary guide bushing ensures that the piston runs absolutely straight, guaranteeing an extremely even piston movement throughout the entire lever travel.

Bleeding:
A bleeding port has been added to the main brake cylinder housing, allowing for bleeding without having to remove the cap. This simplifies and speeds up the process.

The classic “open” bleeding option remains for particularly thorough bleeding.

The internal port design has been revised to avoid air inclusions during bleeding and ensure a more consistent bleeding process.
