The Varia RearVue 820 StVZO detects the size of small, medium, and large vehicles. On compatible Edge^® bike computers or the Varia™ app the overtaking distance is also visually displayed, and you can see in real-time when vehicles behind you change lanes.

ALARMS TO YOUR LIKING
Connect this radar to the Varia smartphone app, compatible Edge bike computers, or Garmin smartwatches to receive visual and acoustic alerts during your rides. In addition to haptic alerts on your wrist, selected Garmin smartwatches also provide voice warnings for approaching vehicles. This feature is currently available in the public beta program of Garmin for selected smartwatches³.
