The shipping costs for bulky goods specified in the shopping cart refer to a single piece. If you order several bulky items, they will be shipped separately, which will increase the total costs according to the ordered quantity – each item requires its own package.

This regulation also applies to bicycles: Your shipping costs will be calculated in the same way as for bulky items, based on the number of units ordered.

We usually send small packages with our shipping service provider DHL. Freight items, such as bicycles, are delivered by the Hellmann forwarding company.
