Leatt DBX 5.0 Composite Fullface Helmet - Black/White/Orange

With the new DBX 5.0, Leatt set the bar for helmet safety to completely new heights. The DBX 5.0 was specifically developed to protect the brain and prevent concussions and their devastating long-term effects. At the heart of this is the revolutionary 360° Turbine Technology, which consists of movable elastomer buffers inside the helmet that specifically slow down impacts and rotations to protect the head and brain, ultimately drastically reducing the risk of a concussion. The shell and EPS interior of the DBX 5.0 are interlocked in a V-shape using a 3D in-mold process. This special construction allows even high G-forces to be slowed down more precisely than ever before they can cause any damage. An optimized, smaller overall volume of the shell additionally reduces forces acting specifically on the neck area. A sophisticated ventilation system with 16 large air vents constantly supplies the rider with cooling fresh air even at low speeds. The whole system is, of course, optimized for use with Leatt's neck braces.
