Magura Brake disc MDR-P and brake pad 8.S, SPORT

MAGURA is offering a brake disc with a 220 mm diameter for the first time with the MDR-P. This generates about 10% more braking power than a 203 mm model and 20% more than a 180 mm model - with the same hand force. The higher mass reduces brake pad wear by 15%. The critical temperatures for the brake pad are reached much later by the MDR-P-Rotor. Furthermore, the new MDR-P disc offers constant braking performance even under high continuous load thanks to the special, patented interlocking of the outer and inner rings (Dovetail Interlink Technology). Additionally, it provides the highest heat resistance, stability, and maximum braking power.
