Adapter for converting from Centerlock to 6-bolt brake discs. The Centerlock adapter is compatible with all front hubs (Ø20 mm + 15 mm + 5 mm) and all rear hubs (135 mm + 142/12 mm + 150/12 mm).

Note: The Centerlock adapter from Reverse is approved exclusively for use with one-piece brake discs. Proper installation of the lock ring cannot be guaranteed when using two-piece brake discs. Due to the greater build height of the aluminum core in these brake discs, the lock ring cannot be mounted with the required screw-in depth. Reverse generally advises against using two-piece brake discs with Center Lock adapters for safety reasons!
