Shimano DEORE MTB M6100 Disc Brake I-Spec EV - black

The DEORE M6100 brakes are coming to the market in two versions – with an XC-specific two-piston caliper (BR-M6100)
or with a four-piston caliper for trail/enduro use (BR-M6120). Both variants share the same
redesigned brake lever (BL-M6100), whose design with additional support on the handlebar
ensures a stiffer construction and thus better controllability and higher braking performance. In addition, the brake levers
are equipped with SHIMANO's proven SERVO WAVE technology, which quickly brings the pads close to
the discs with the first part of the lever travel and provides a lot of lever travel for the actual, powerful and well-controllable braking process
in the second part. For both calipers, resin or metal pads are optionally available, and the brake discs ideally use
the SM-RT64 or SM-RT54 models.
An optional release lever for dropper posts (SL-MT500) completes the DEORE cockpit as desired. With this lever,
dropper posts can be operated without having to loosen the firm grip on the handlebar. The SL-MT500 is optionally available with a classic
clamp or as an I-SPEC EV variant for a clean look.
