SON Edelux II LED headlight for hub dynamos - anodized silver

With a state-of-the-art LED and a newly developed reflector by lighting technology specialists Busch and Müller, the Edelux II literally puts its five-year-older brother in the shade. The illuminated field is twice as wide, even better focused in the distance, and has a uniformly illuminated near-field starting close to the front wheel (see images).
The graphic on the left (light distribution on the road viewed from above) shows a uniformly bright area from approximately 2 m to 20 m ahead, allowing early recognition of obstacles even at high speeds. The beam is well shielded upwards, pleasing oncoming traffic.
The robust aluminum housing of the Edelux II ensures mechanical durability and is waterproof, sealed with a scratch-resistant, anti-reflective glass lens. The magnetic rotary switch allows comfortable operation, even with gloves. The proven SON coaxial cable is used for connection to the hub dynamo.
The LED is mounted on a copper heat sink directly screwed onto the headlamp housing. This optimal cooling is essential for high efficiency and long service life.

Manufacturer's warranty:
We offer a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase at authorized dealers on the functionality of our hub dynamos, headlights, rear lights, and wheels.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or external forces (e.g., accidents).
In case of warranty claims, we will repair the product or replace it with an equivalent product at our discretion.
We will also cover the cost of re-spoking a defective hub dynamo within warranty claims.
No further claims are accepted.
