Clamping or disassembling the handlebar is unnecessary: Simply place the XLC pipe cutter on, turn it over, and you're done! Even overly long aluminum seat posts, fork steerer tubes, or bar ends can be quickly and precisely shortened with the XLC pipe cutter. Heavy and compact design with a 'flywheel handle' for quick adjustment, widened centering rollers, and an extendable internal deburrer.
